Old Lady Running
I think I may change my blog name to old lady.
I did my run/walk outdoors today and it was a lot harder than running inside.
Kiki is concerned about the upcoming days of more running, but if we run outdoors, I see her running rings around me :-)

old lady running is a good blog title. At least you are moving. I doubt I run faster then you, As I said before by the end I was barely moving ...I just wanted to be able to finish.
