Old Lady Running
I think I may change my blog name to old lady.
I did my run/walk outdoors today and it was a lot harder than running inside.
Kiki is concerned about the upcoming days of more running, but if we run outdoors, I see her running rings around me :-)

I like that title too! Great job taking it outside. It is MUCH harder, but you did it!!
